Once you have scheduled your appointment, you may find me in the OFFICE SECTION down the hall from the coffee machine on the second floor of Skye Apartments in Laguna Niguel. There are only 4 office suites and they are all located down on both sides of a short hallway (two on each side). The office sign says Dynamic Touch on it (I'm contracted with them). The treatment room is private and fully furnished to deliver a customized therapeutic massage session for you.
Reserved parking is available for you outside of the parking garage--two of the spots have signs that say "Dynamic Touch" on them and they are for you and me! There is also open parking in the parking garage and outside of it.
Alternately, you may schedule your appointment online by clicking here, and I will ensure you get my intro rate for private clients when payment is processed, as long you are clear where you first heard about me and qualify as a private client. If you first heard about me through Dynamic Touch or live at Skye Apartments then you are subject to Dynamic Touch rates for your sessions. Your credit card number is required to hold your appointment time, but you will not be billed until your appointment. At that time, you may pay with the card on file, another card, or with cash. Please show up on time for appointments to guarantee full session length. If you do not show up for your appointment and have reserved the appointment with your credit card or have a credit card on file, payment for your session is still due and your credit card will be charged accordingly, SO PLEASE SHOW UP!
To cancel or reschedule a pre-existing appointment with me, providing me with notice of 24 hours or more will ensure that you will not be charged. If less than 24 hrs notice, it will depend on circumstances. If notice is not given or given after your appointment start time, you will most likely be charged for the full price of your massage session.
When you arrive for your 1st appointment, you will be given an intake form to fill out with basic information about you. This helps me: tailor my massage to your needs; ensure your safety by avoiding potential contraindications to massage treatment; and sets a basic contract between us regarding things like cancellation policy and which other healthcare practitioners, if any, that you would like me to share health information about you with. Please be aware that I cannot proceed with your massage until you have filled out the intake form and signed your agreement to our policies.
